- Deliver cost effective IT support to Micro, Small and Medium Businesses, as well as councils, charities and NFPs
- Provide training outcomes to young Australians, and people with injuries/disabilities
- Support Australian businesses, using local people and utilities to help promote Australian services and economy
Local technicians, working remotely
To keep costs low, and response times high, we use remote access software to jump straight on your pc, no matter where you are – or we are – in Australia.
Desktop Support, Technical Advice, Hardware/Software Quotes and any Technical Research are all provided as part of the program, as well as knowledge databases and tutorials as we develop them
The help you need, when you need it
We only want businesses to pay for the services they are actually going to use. Our Service Levels are tailored to give you all the things you need, and none of the things you don’t.
Most importantly, being local human beings, we can normally accommodate any services – if there’s something you need that isn’t on our service lists, get in contact for a more specialised agreement.
